Inspired by Kendle Salisbury and presented by Hope for Stomach Cancer, Hope in Every Step is a community trail run and walk bringing people together to raise awareness and support for those impacted by stomach cancer.
After nearly three years of living with Stage 4 stomach cancer, Kendle invites the community to join her for a day centered on hope, strength, and connection.
Whether you run, walk, cheer from the sidelines, sponsor the event, or make a donation, every step helps raise awareness and fuel advocacy for stomach cancer patients and their families.

A fun opportunity for kids to get involved and be part of race day with the whole family.

It is about celebrating the steps we are able to take — together.
We run and walk to honor patients and survivors, remember those we have lost, support caregivers and families, raise awareness of stomach cancer, and help build a future full of hope.
Proceeds benefit Hope for Stomach Cancer (StoCAN) and support our work for stomach cancer patients and their families.

Is this a trail run?
Yes. Hope in Every Step is a trail run/walk at Crosby Confluence Park.
Do I have to run the 5K?
No! Participants are welcome to run, walk, or do a little of both. We also offer a 1-Mile Hope Walk for those who prefer a shorter distance.
Can children participate?
Yes. The event includes a Kids Fun Run, making it a great opportunity for the whole family to participate.
How much is registration?
